Trust

Only what is true and checkable.

What we do with your boards, your keys and your data, said plainly. If anything here stops being true, this page changes the same day.

Where your boards live

Today a server in Finland (Hetzner) run by us; London (AWS) when we move, and this line will say so. Nothing leaves it unless you export it, except what you send to an AI feature yourself: an AI review sends a summary of your board and part-from-photo sends your photo, both to OpenRouter, which sends them only to providers that keep nothing.

Who can see your boards

You. Not other users. Not us, unless you open a support request and say yes. Never used to train anything. The AI features use only providers that do not keep or train on what they are sent.

Your agent's keys

Shown once, stored only as a hash, scoped and rate-limited, revocable in one click. Every tool call your agent makes is logged on your account.

Backups

Every night, copied off the server to a machine of ours that can read it and nothing else, and each copy read back to prove it is whole. The server keeps each night for ninety days.

The public gallery

Your board appears in the gallery on 3v3.dev only if you tick it. A shared link alone never lists it, and unticking takes it out at once.

Export, always

Trial over, plan cancelled, payment failed: every board stays yours, read-only, and export always works.

Your data, and leaving

On your Account page you can download what we keep about you, and delete your account with every board you own, yourself, at any time. Questions about your data: privacy@3v3.dev. Anything else: info@3v3.dev.

Report a problem

Write to info@3v3.dev with “Security” in the subject. We answer within two working days and thank you by name if you'd like.

What we don't claim: no "bank-level security", no certification we don't hold. When an independent test is done, its date and the firm's name go here.
